SAFEST DELIVERY OPTIONS:
1. Socially-distanced pickup in North York (near Yonge & 401).
2. Personal home deliveries (only in/near Toronto) available and add CAD$25.00 delivery fee.

GENERAL:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- FREE mail delivery in Toronto, otherwise add extra delivery fee.
- Mail tracking available by request and costs extra.

INFORMATION FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
Commissions will be ready and shipped within one (1) month of ordering (unless otherwise stated).

- To request a custom portrait please contact Kalya directly through the INQUIRY button (top right hand corner of store)
- Painting Sizes: The largest size available for custom order is 9x12 inches.
- A custom piece will require a clear, hi-res photo reference. Please include this photo in your inquiry email. Once an inquiry is received we will discuss pricing and shipping details.
- Orders made outside Toronto are shipped through Canada Post. Shipping costs are based on weight and size.
- Orders made within the GTA are available for pick up (no shipping costs!). If you want to pick up your painting please choose the 'pick-up' option and an address for pick-up will be privately sent to you. (Pickup is located in North York, Toronto.)
