Products: Clients will see a draft of every product and be given the opportunity to offer feedback before it is finalized. Once the final product has been delivered to client, it is non-refundable. My goal is to always ensure that you are completely happy with the end result! 

Services: Once the meeting has started, it is non-refundable and a 24 hour notice is required for rescheduling meetings or a cancellation fee of 50% will apply.
