Shipping Policy

DROP OFF/PICK UP: Em-broidery offers primarily Drop Off/Pick Up services within the GTA. In order to buy a design, you must provide an item of clothing to put the embroidery design on. You can do this by dropping off any item of your choosing to the store location, and picking up your item with your purchased embroidery design attached when the order is finished. 


OUT OF PROVINCE/SHIPPING: If you don't live in the GTA, or are unable to Drop Off/Pick Up, you can contact me via the "Inquire" button (on the bottom right corner of the store Header picture.) We can chat about options to ship your item to the store location, and the shipping to send it back with the purchased embroidery design attached. This will be considered a Custom Order, and shipping will be calculated accordingly depending on your location. 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are unavailable at this time. 
  • If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me via the "Inquire" button (at the bottom right corner of the Header picture) for more information.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. 
  • Exchanges on designs can only be made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • If an order is cancelled after 24 hours of the order being made, there is a cancellation fee of $15.00 CAD.
