Put some more zzzz’s in your sleep with this 30min deep relaxation practice to unwind your body and mind.  Get cozy, tuck yourself into bed, begin to melt into your mattress and prepare for a good night’s sleep 🙂


Do you have trouble falling asleep and/or suffer from insomnia?

Then this session is for you!

In this 30min practice we will explore gentle movement, relaxation techniques and breath practices to help you unwind from your day, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation response) so that you can release the hold on the sympathetic nervous system ( fight or flight) and get the rest and sleep you deserve.  This practice can be done while you are all tucked into bed or on the mat.      Whatever you are most comfortable with. You do you 🙂

Refund Policy

All Private, Semi-Private and Group Sessions must be scheduled at least one business day (24 hours) in advance. Sessions are thirty minutes or seventy-five minutes in length, depending on selected option. There will be no refunds of the fees paid for unused Sessions but the Sessions may be re-scheduled for a later date or transferred to someone else with notification provided by Julia.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Should you need to cancel a session, please provide a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice to avoid being charged for that session. I understand emergencies come up so we can most definitely re-schedule the session at a time that suits us both.
