Mindful Movement and Embodiment


Do you experience tension, pain, distractions and limitations? 

I want to help you discover how it would feel to unravel as much of that as possible through imagery, breath and mindful movement embodiment so that you can move and live with more ease.

During our sessions together I will help you unravel tension and pain through the integration and embodiment of breathing techniques, visualization and gentle mindful movement practices that are tailored to your needs. I hold space for you, the practitioner, to truly slow down, giving you the opportunity to discover your own rhythm and develop trust in the unique language of your body so that you can begin to discover what it feels like to move and live with ease.

Refund Policy

All Private, Semi-Private and Group Sessions must be scheduled at least one business day (24 hours) in advance. Sessions are thirty minutes or seventy-five minutes in length, depending on selected option. There will be no refunds of the fees paid for unused Sessions but the Sessions may be re-scheduled for a later date or transferred to someone else with notification provided by Julia.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Should you need to cancel a session, please provide a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice to avoid being charged for that session. I understand emergencies come up so we can most definitely re-schedule the session at a time that suits us both.
