Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If you have selected order pick-up for either my Vaughan or Niagara Falls location, you will be contacted by me within 24 hours to coordinate pickup details.
Refund Policy
Unused items are accepted for a refund up to 10 days after the arrival of your product. Item(s) must be returned at the buyers expense before refund is issued back to the buyer.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellation of order can be made within 2 hours after order is placed.
Returns are accepted for a full refund 10 days after arrival of product. Buyer is responsible for all costs of shipping for return product. Item(s) drop off at my location in Vaughan is also accepted.
Unused and items can be exchanged for a product of equal value. I will require your item be returned prior to an exchange.
