Starting with a full technique based warm up including a thorough stretch and strength, each coaching is structured to individual needs and goals of each student, aiding to build the tools and skills necessary to be successful as a dancer.
Each Coaching includes:
– Stretch & Strength Warm-up
-Technical exercises geared towards targeting the dance goals of each individual student
-Dance combination allowing the student to build the performance based skills
