ALL ORDERS MADE OUTSIDE OF TORONTO are shipped through Canada Post. Shipping costs are based on weight and size the item.
ALL ORDERS MADE WITHIN THE GTA are available for pick up, meaning no shipping costs! If you order and decide you want to take a little stroll through Toronto, choose the 'pick-up' option and an address for pick-up will be privately sent to you.
Paints by Cumber does not do refunds on pre-made, original creations. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you don't end up liking what you buy, just give it to someone else! We love re-gifting!*
If you REQUEST a painting and you end up not feeling it, I will paint you another one for a re-painting fee of either $5 (for abstract paintings) or $10 (for paintings based on an image).
*If you receive a damaged painting, you can receive either a full refund for the amount of the painting, or receive a new one free of charge.
CANCELLATIONS
After ordering a painting, you have 5 DAYS after the day of purchase to cancel the order. Once this period has passed, you cannot cancel.
RETURNS
Paints by Cumber only offers returns for pre-made, original creations NOT requests.
