Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the services of Editing by Ellen, you will be provided with additional editing services based on your concerns. If you are still not satisfied, you will be issued a full refund.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Editing by Ellen is happy to accommodate a cancellation of an order if the editing work has not yet commenced. If editing work has commenced, you may be responsible for partial or full payment.
